I’m passionate about promoting cheese of all different kinds. From local artisan producers to all time classics cheeses that can only be made in certain regions, using time-honoured traditions passed down for centuries.
Queen Brie is not a professional chef or cheesemonger. I’m a passionate foodie and home cook with an interest in the history, origins and processes that go into making some of the best cheeses in the world.
The pandemic hit cheese makers very hard and I want to use this space to highlight some of the very best producers out there.
On the blog you can also find recipes using cheese and some delicious accompaniments to enjoy with them. I’m also trialling out cheese pairings with beer, wine and other drinks to discover the perfect partnerships.
